About Mark L. Sherin


Mark is a partner of Farm Legacy Advisors. He entered the financial services industry
in 1989 and joined Osaic Wealth (formerly Lincoln Financial Advisors) in 2001. Focusing
on business owners and other high net worth families, Mark helps his clients with
business transition planning, improve cash flows, save taxes as well as manage and
protect their assets.

He is an inaugural member of The Business Intelligence Institute, an Osaic Wealth
initiative focusing on business succession strategies. BII is focused on serving the
needs of closely-held business owners to help them grow, preserve, protect and
transfer their life's work. Only the most highly qualified advisors within Osaic Wealth are
invited to participate in this effort. Our mission is to use our holistic financial planning
process, culture and intellectual capital to help our entrepreneurial clients make
informed choices toward reaching their business and personal goals.

Mark is a past chairman of the board of Inclusion Matters by Shane's Inspiration,
a non-profit focused on inclusive play and reducing bias toward children with
disabilities. He has also served on various boards and committees for the YMCA and
a Waldorf school and can often be seen coaching youth basketball. Mark and his wife,
Karen, have two children and reside in Southern California.
